Why Was This Project So Impressive?
A $1.4 billion, 46 storey resort consisting of 791 guest rooms and suites and 230 luxury residences. It includes restaurants, retail and entertainment as well as a swimming pool 90 meters above the ground. The project is located on the crescent of the palm and adjacent to the existing Atlantis.
Structural Particulars
SOPREMA worked to customize all previously issued and approved details in accordance with its COLPHENE BSW system. This included tying in pre-applied COLPHENE BSW with the post-applied COLPHENE TORCH’N STICK issue Method Statement for this project, which included different levels of elevations, construction joints and expansion joints, all to match with the construction schedule.
