SENTINEL PVC BOOT FLASHING are factory fabricated pieces of membrane composed of thermoplastic polyvinyl chloride (PVC) used to flash various penetrations.
Description
SENTINEL PVC BOOT FLASHING are factory fabricated pieces of membrane composed of PVC. They are used to seal protrusions having a diameter of 25 to 305 mm (1 to 12 in). There are three types of SENTINEL PVC BOOT FLASHING, there is the “split type”, the “closed type” and the “stepped type. The split type is used when the pipe is not accessible due to equipement or other obstruction at the top of the pipe. When there is no obstruction, the “closed type” or the “stepped type” can be slipped over the top of the penetration and placed down into position. The "stepped" type is more rigid and is pre-molded for penetrations with diameters from 25 to 152 mm (1 to 6 in).
