Perfect for uneven surfaces, sprayed polyurethane foam is versatile, and will not degrade or settle over time, thus ensuring consistent performance throughout the life of the building.
SOPREMA offers training to experienced installers and contractors wishing to familiarize themselves with the residential and commercial application of sprayed polyurethane foam insulation.
Sprayed polyurethane is a medium density, high R-value (CAN/ULC S705.1 closed-cell) insulation product that requires full ISO 17024 training with all the necessary modules (12) to be certified in compliance with CAN/ULC S705.2. The training also includes information regarding open-cell insulation (CAN/ULC S712.1).
At the end of this course, you will have met the requirements to become a certified sprayed polyurethane installer (in accordance with CAN/ULC S705.2 or 712.2 standards).
Prerequisites: You must hold a Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) certificate, have experience spraying urethane foam, and be employed by a Caliber-certified contractor for SOPREMA products.
