SOPRADRAIN ECO-VENT is a drainage panel composed of a post-industrial recycled polypropylene drainage core of fused, entangled
filaments onto which a fabric made of a non-woven needle-punched polypropylene fibers is factory-laminated. The entangled filaments
are moulded into a square waffle pattern that allows flexibility and open vapour diffusion.
SOPRADRAIN ECO-VENT is mainly used on SOPRANATURE green roofs, roof gardens and plaza-decks. It can also be used on retaining
walls, beneath slabs, underground parking and in exterior planters.
Benefits
- The embossed design creates an open flow path, even during backfilling allowing it to be installed on polystyrene insulation boards in inverted roofing assemblies
- Its content in recycled material contributes to obtaining LEED® credits such as MR 4.1 and MR 4.2
- Has a better transmissivity than nylon or HDPE drains of the same thickness
