COLPHENE LM 3200

Sku
Polymer-modified bitumen emulsion waterproofing membrane, for foundation wall.

Frequently Asked Questions

This product is a homogeneous liquid mixture consisting of water, bitumen, and emulsifying agents.

Once its water content has evaporated, a waterproof membrane forms, protecting the foundation from moisture.

The following methods can be used:

  • With a roller or brush
  • Sprayed
  • Co-sprayed, for accelerated drying

The membrane must be applied to a clean, dry surface free of contaminants to ensure optimal adhesion.

COLPHENE LM 3200 is specifically designed for waterproofing conventional vertical concrete foundations on construction sites without hydrostatic pressure.

It can also be used to seal insulated concrete forms (ICFs), provided that there is no hydrostatic pressure.

Drying time varies depending on the application method used, as well as the specific conditions of the substrate, the work site, and the environment.

Co-spraying accelerates the evaporation process and allows the membrane to become dry to the touch much faster, making it particularly suitable for projects that require a rapid return to service.

The membrane must be protected within 24 hours after installation using SOPRA-XPS or SOPRADRAIN.
