SOPRABASE
Reduce the number of installation steps with SOPRABASE support panels, a base sheet factory-laminated to a support panel made from flame-resistant wood. SOPRABASE can be mechanically fastened, heat-welded, or adhered with hot bitumen or adhesive. SOPRABASE comes with sanded or thermofusible surfaces, which enables installers to use the type of cap sheet they prefer.
To ensure waterproofing against leakage, the transversal joints of SOPRABASE panels should be sealed with SOPRALAP covering band, offered in self-adhesive or thermofusible versions.
DUO SELVEDGE or self-adhesive
For safe installation, SOPRABASE is provided with a DUO SELVEDGE, a unique technology patented by SOPREMA. The first 50 mm (2 In.) of DUO SELVEDGE are self-adhesive, which protects the components under the base sheet when the remaining 25 mm (1 in.) of the selvedge is heat-welded or sealed with a hot air gun.
SOPRABOARD
The asphalt support panel, SOPRABOARD is an economical and versatile solution. SOPRABOARD is suitable for all types of base sheet installation, compatible with modified and multi-ply bitumen roof membranes and is applied on wooden surfaces, existing membranes and rigid insulation panels.
SOPRAROCK

SOPRAROCK MD is a rigid mineral wool support panel of homogeneous density. SOPRAROCK MD must be mechanically fastened only.
SOPRAROCK MD PLUS is a rigid mineral wool support panel of homogeneous density. SOPRAROCK MD PLUS is impregnated with a bitumen layer which is compatible with SOPREMA’s torch or mop applied membranes. SOPRAROCK MD PLUS must be mechanically fastened or adhered with hot bitumen only.
XPRESS BOARD

XPRESS BOARD panels couldn’t have a better name. With one panel, you can carry out multiple applications in less time than you thought possible. Use them as vapour barriers, insulation, support or recovery panels and finish your roof waterproofing project in fewer stages and with less labour.
XPRESS BOARD panels consist of a sanded or thermofusible film covered base sheet that is factory-laminated to mineral wool fibre available in thichnesses from 1.25 mm (1/2 in.) to 125 mm (5 in.). It eliminates installation of the base sheet membrane and adds a R-4 value per 25 mm (1 in.) to the existing roof insulation.
