Building envelope solutions, like SOPRASEAL air/vapour barrier and COLPHENE foundation waterproofing membranes come with 5-year LIMITED Warranties. If a leak is the result of a manufacturing defect, SOPREMA will replace product deemed to be defective*.

Whether it's for a new construction, roof replacement or installation of a SOPRANATURE system, our line-up of PLATINUM Warranties are among the best in the business. With the added advantage of being non pro-rated, they provide complete protection against manufacturing or installation defects*. Depending on the system and your needs, the PLATINUM Warranties are available for 5-, 10-, 15- or 20-year coverage.

The PLATINUM PRIVILEGE Warranty applies exclusively to SOPREMA's high-performance waterproofing systems. Featuring a composite construction, these membranes exhibit superior strength. As a testimony to their durability, SOPREMA offers a PLATINUM PRIVILEGE Warranty on these products for the price of a regular PLATINUM Warranty but for longer periods up to 20 years.
