China Central Television's new station site construction is a large-scale public & cultural facilities construction project, formally approved and registered by State Development Planning Commission.
The project is located in the core area of CBD (central business district) in Chaoyang District, known as "first project of China's public construction" with its total area of 5 091 329 square feet.
